Q: What new safety policies have you implemented for COVID-19?
A: All staff are wearing masks indoors and cleaning all public areas every hour.
Q: Are reservations required?
A: No, but they are highly reccomended.
Q: Are masks required at the winery?
A: Masks are currently optional for guests both indoors and outdoors.
Q: Do you have food for sale at the winery?
A: Food is available by pre-order when you make your reservation, at least 24 hours in advance.
How do we protect your data?
A: We use a TLS certificate to give you a secure connection to our website and encrypt your data using AES 256 CBC.
What happens if I make a reservation for a Tuesday or Wednesday?
A: Our website allows you to make reservations for Tuesday's and Wednesday's. However, we are not open on these days. You will not be charged for your reservation, but for obvious reasons, you will not be served on these days.
Will I be charged if I cancel my reservation?
A: As long as you cancel your reservation at least 4 hours prior to your reservation, you will not be charged. However if you fail to show up for your reservation that you have not canceled, you will be charged a non-refundable $50 fee. Reservations can not be canceled within 4 hours of your reservation date.
If I select a table preference, am I guaranteed that table?
A: We unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will get the table preference that you select. Selecting a preference tells us to prioritize you getting the table of your choosing. But due to limited space, we may have to place you at a different table.
Do I have to pre-order wine/food to make a reservation?
A: No, you do not have to pre order something to make a reservation. However, we cannot guarantee that we will have food available for you if you do not pre-order. Pre-ordering tells us what supply we need to have ready for the day. We always keep extra stock ready for walk-ins. But once that runs out, we will not have anymore until the following day.
Why do I have to put in my card information if I do not pre-order anything?
A: For your convenience, we start a tab upon your arrival with any pre-ordered items on it. You may add/ subtract items on the day of your visit. You will not be charged until you close your tab or when we close for the day.
What am I paying for? A pre-order or the wine/food that I reserve?
A: You are not paying for anything until the day of your visit.
I am editing my reservation and the right half of my screen is blank. Why? And what are the implications of this?
A: Due to the current limitations of our website, the right side of the screen that contains your orders and comments will delete itself when you make a reservation. You will have to input this data again. Your previous data can be found in the email sent to you from no-reply@narmadawinery.com when you originally made your reservation. If you do not put this info in again, then your original order will not be saved. You will not be charged multiple times.
